All right, what's up that stark, the super Affiliate? Here? And in this content, I want to talk about a book that I read last night. It was so good that I thought I should at least share some of the information that I learned from it. All right, so this book is called selling the invisible.

Make Money Online

This isn't a promotion for this book. I just want to talk about some, some of the little tit bits of knowledge that I gained from it. All right. So as an affiliate marketer or internet market or or any business owner at all, whether it be like you have a pet shop, a stone masonry company, whatever it is, there are some things that you need to master as far as advertising and branding your company. how to start affiliate marketing with no money

So let's talk about branding, branding nowadays, especially in the information age, where everyone got hit with all kinds of offers, you constantly being bombarded with information. It's very important that you have a unique brand, whatever it is you do. So let me give you an example. It Dominos piece. When they came into the business their whole entire pitch was: if you don't get your peace in 30 minutes, it's on the house. Make Money Online

So they never once in their ads and never once talked about now taste of their piece, the quality of their products. The people that make it, all they did was drill down there. Add onto one specific idea, which is: you get your piece of superfast. If you don't get it fast, you get it from free. So that is a brand, so to speak.

Know what do you want to do? Instead of trying to pitch your product, your service, on every little piece, you know you might go in and say something like we have the highest quality products, we have the fastest production time, we have the cleanest materials, we offer the lowest price, etcetera.

Etcetera. You want to pick the one thing that your business does best. Whatever that one thing is, you want to basically make every piece of writing, every piece of copy, every contact point, emphasize that one thing that you guys do really well. So instead of pitching every little piece of your business, just pick the one thing that you do best.

Also, you want to drill down a specific audience that you're trying to market too. So in this book they give the example of Southwest Airlines. They were when the airline industry was very competitive. They were having some trouble being profitable. So what they did is the management went back to the drawing board and they came up with the idea of only servicing business class customers.

So they changed their entire marketing strategy to only mention business class along with their advertisers, and actually went into their plans. They retooled their plans. They, they made their seats more spacing and the business class. They offered TVS, drinks, better drink and food service to the business class customers, and by doing this they started attracting more and more business people to use their airlines, so they are able to charge more money for their tickets and in return make more profit per seat by targeting the business class people.

Now, as a result, more and more tourists actually started using the service, so they were actually able to get more business in the long run by narrowing down the people that they were initially targeting. So I want you to start thinking about that: how you can make your business gear or laser focus towards a specific type of person. It so thinking about that with everything you do with your affiliate marketing strategy, for example this camera, the Cannon 70, the reason I bought this was because of its low-light capabilities.

Right now I don't have any lighting equipment at all. This is just pure natural sunlight. Now I like this because whenever I have lights beaming in on me, it just distracts me. For whatever reason. I just sit there like a deer in headlights. I'm just like totally blanked out. I forgot everything that I want to say because these lights just distract me. All right. So if I were to market this product, what I would do, this came right here, what I would do, as I would I would all my copy would be about its low-light capability.

Yeah, I might mention you can't image qualities good, but the whole focus of it is basically you can shoot in low-light and you can be more productive because of that. All right. So that would be the main pitch would be the low-light capability, the low-light capability there all it.

So let's also talk about pricing your product. This also goes along with branding as your price here. So you have two types of people. You have people that are looking for a good bargain. They want a good deal on a good product versus people who want to spend more money on a premium product.

Now the mistake that people do, just like China, market everything or going after all the market, they'll price their service or their business in the middle range here now the problem with that is is that there really is nobody looking for an average product by pricing your thing in the middle. They're just automatically going to assume that your service is an average service.

So you want to avoid that. You either want them to think that your product is a good value for a low budget here or a premium product which demands more money. Now I'm learning nowadays that it's way better to go up the higher end here. So for now that everything going to do this high price point, the reason is that if you go like low price point, it's just so much more competition out there.

You have to fight with everybody because the barrier of entry is a little bit lower. Now, if you go premium, because you have that higher price point, you can be more profitable and even though it takes a little bit of extra work to package it all up, to give it that premium feel in the long run, the the actual amount of work that have to do when you price it higher is so much less.

When you have to price it lower, your getting distracted here as an affiliate. What you couldn't do. You can use this piece of information here by offering two different types of products on your page: one that targets the low price people, so the cheaper but decent quality product or good quality product, and the other half of the market, which is the premium type buyer who wants to spend more for the little bit higher quality product.

All it so. Keep that mind as an affiliate. Think about offering two different things on your page: two different products on your pace: one that targets the low end and one of the targets the high-end all right, so that's it for the day's lesson.
